Asafa Powell Slow Motion Starts: Key Aspects-Drag toes, step over opposite ankle. Optic focus is down to the track until drive phase is fulfilled. Big arms in the drive phase. Focus out of the drive phase is stepping over opposite knee, dorsiflexion of the forefoot to create rigid feet for force application on the track.
